- Parking – covered or open, and how many?
- Commute – check travel time at peak hours.
- Society rules – pets, visitors, move-in timings.
- Rent agreement – lock-in period, notice period and yearly increase.
- Police verification – required for tenants; your landlord or society can guide you.
